Lazes has been creating three-dimensional art forms for three decades. He is several years into ‘The World is Bending’, a series of large-scale wooden sculptures. “Currently my medium of choice is wood (walnut, cherry, oak, maple, ash, and poplar) which I steam and bend into organic forms,” says Lazes.
