20240411 Cellomania. In the footsteps of Bach with WDAV, Alan Black and Grace Lin Anderson. Day 7 - We traveled from Leipzig to Kothen by coach arriving for a tour of the castle with a private guide, walk through town, and lunch at Kothener Brauhaus. Bach lived here for six years. The Brandenburg Concertos were first performed in The Hall of Mirrors. Black and Anderson’s second performance included Bach Cello Suites 5 & 6, followed by duos from the Goldberg Variations in the chapel of Schloss Kothen.
